Hit a Milestone with my Ace 250

Today I found my 14,398th coin today which put me over the $1K mark since I started MDing. The picture below tells the stats. Who says pennies don

Are you kidding. 2 gold coins, lots of silver coins, gold, silver and diamond rings plus about $400 still saved. I already bought her a MD so I get another new one this time.

Good day for posts about milestones. I have a big one coming up. I don't think I'll make y'all suffer through a lengthy countdown this time. My current estimate places it last week in September or first week in October.

Gold coins found or metamorphasised? My clad, less pennies, is all in the bank and it makes over 10 bucks a month interest. Recently decided I want a $20.00 St Gauden coin so when I hit $1000 or so over current totals I am going to get one. Sometime in late 2009 I hope.

Gold coins found or metamorphasised? Chris

Looking back at my post I don't want anyone thinking I could be so lucky and find a gold coin. Although it is in my future. I coin metamorphasised for some little gold nugget "pickers", a (2) 5 Peso gold coins and a 1910 George V British Sovereign gold coin. Plus a few American Eagle's and a couple proof sets.

I've got a 1986 $50 gold American Eagle. It feels nice bouncing an ounce of gold in your hand.
