Hit the Mother Lode

I got one of those complete Sand Dollars last time I went hunting where you advised me to go. But I sure didn't find the other stuff!!!
I always associated Sand Dollars with Panama City Beach............

I didn't see you all weekend BC and in fact only saw one other hunter on Sunday(you know the spot). You did very well and have inspired me to post my weekend finds. I'm going to get my friend Ed to take a few photos in the next day or so. I remember finding lots of those sand dollars as a kid,but in recent years they have become very rare up here...it may be sad on my part, but that's my favorite find of yours...very cool. You did well old friend.HH,Harry

I enjoy finding the out of the ordinary items like the Sand Dollar too As nice as the weather was this past weekend I expected to see a lot of peole out detecting but it was strangely quiet instead

There are days like this past weekend and then we have days when it's wall to wall hunters and you have to fight for a few zinc pennies! I was back down after work last night. Hit some more pieces, but the sand had really moved back in over the last 48 hours...a shut window for now. I have the finds at work today and Ed's wife is going to post everything after work. It was like days of old!!!! HH,Harry(NJ)
