Holy Smokes! My first SILVER!!!:clapping:

Great job- got the fever.
Been almost 30 yrs since I found my 1st silver- in my yard trying out my new detector. Got over shadowed by finding a large gold military ring soon after (same yard)
Now I have to find my 1st with my new 705.
 
Congrats on your first silver. The merc was also my first silver coin, I found it after about a dozen or so what pennies. What a thrill to see a nice shining coin in the hole after all those wheats :).

Congradulations of your first silver coin!!
Even though that site has been pounded by others does not mean all the good coins are gone.. you just have to slow down
and work a little harder.. probably more like that one in there.
