G'day Frank,
I'm okay on this side of the country.....a friend of mine was holidaying in Queensland near where Cyclone (Hurricane) Larry struck the mainland....he told me that apart from the 195mph winds, he was having "quite a nice time". He's a keen detectorist and is looking forward to a decent cut on the beach !! I told him that 195mph winds on top of a high tide and 5 metre storm surge should "stir things up nicely" but any good targets will be scattered half way to New Zealand.
Things are pretty bad for those further South of where he is though.....i think the military is building up a huge presence in the area to support the town of Innisfail....
