how deep on coins is the sea hunter deep or shallow?

Hey buddy:wave:I guess you're referring to the MKll:garrett: Too deep! :)I have personally dug quarters at 18" in wet saltwater beach sand.(with the 10"x14"mono) I've also dug bits of foil at about two feet and soda cans at about three feet:biggrin: No joke(as well as iron and aluminum bolts/scrap metal):detecting:I'm not sure how deep the 8"mono searchcoil would go. Maybe just over a foot on a coin sized object:shrug: I'm sure somone else will chime in with more info:wiggle: Happy Hunting!:)

P.S.
I've seen your youtube vids on the Musky:thumbup: Thanks for sharing! Well done!:clapping: Great machine. I used to swing one and still have it in storage(I think I'll hang on to it/save it for a rainy day)
