How To Build/Replace That Styrofoam On Your Scoop To Keep It Afloat :nerd:

I replaced the styrofoam on the water scoop handle tonite, as it was in pretty rough shape. I did some brainstorming as to how I would increase the inside diameter of those noodles to slide over my scoop handle. It worked! Thought I'd share it with you.........
