How to keep wireless hp paired on orx

I turn on my detector and pair the headphones. I turn off the detector and hear the headphones cut off. When I turn back on the detector the headphones are no longer paired. This may be a dumb question but do the headphones remain paired or must I reapeat the pairing everytime I turn the machine off.I am using the orx.

On mine you turn on the remote control the power on the headphones pressing the minus button and they connect.

I read where this is a known problem xp is aware of. Some orx will do this. Even read where there's a update to fix it. Went to the update and it says available soon.Brand new machine with a glitch just my luck.

Sent xp headquarters in France an email explaining the problem. They sent me an upgrade and it fixed the problem.
