How to send "PM"?

I'm not sure how to send a pm here. I can do it on FB, but unsuccessful here.
 
at the top of the page there is a link for members only messaging. if it is not there then you don't have enough posts yet to qualify to use it. not sure what it is but it will appear when you have enough. good luck

How many post do you need? I have been using PM and then the link disappeared.
 
it says, " you have 9 unread messages" but I can't find where to read them ....
 
i believe the PM service rules may be the same as the classifieds, 90 days and 24 posts. to find out for sure click on the contact us link at the top of the forum and ask there. good luck
