how to set time on the CTX 3030

Can anyone tell me how to set the clock that shows at the top of the 3030 display? I looked through the manual & didn't see any clear explanation.

Options menu...Locality Settings...Set Time

If you use GPS, you can also use:
Options menu...GPS Settings...GPS Time Sync
(before this setting can be used Time Zone must be set)
