I would like to adjust the GB on my Eurotek Pro, ...
Are you sure you know how to GB the Euro-Tek Pro? I had two of them after they were released, and I noted abrupt differences between the two of them when I compared the GB associated with the All Metal Pinpoint function as well as the Discriminate mode's GB, which was the primary problem I was having with the ETO. It was
way too positive with a few search coils in the Discriminate mode. I did open both of mine to tweak the GB trimmer, but when each was set to be comparably functional in the Discriminate mode, I noted a difference in the Pinpoint mode. That lead me to wonder if there are different GB settings for All Metal Vs Disc., and if some 'adjustment' might simple be engineered into the digital circuitry?

I see you found the unseen screw and got it apart. Well, a precaution here, other than tinkering with the GB trimmer, is to be careful with the ribbon cable between the control face plate and the circuit board. I have seen them separate easily and have heard they do not fit back in place all the time.

Also, the menu and +/- buttons don't always respond to the first push and sometimes have to be pushed 3-4 times before they respond. Is there anyway to fix this by myself? Thanks
I had one of two ETP's, and know of two people who have had them as well, that suffered from the misbehaving pushbuttons.
So, rather than tinker with it, and since you can't remedy the pushbutton issue, I would suggest you contact Teknetics, let them know of the pushbutton issue and what GB concern you have, then ship it in for service. In my case the ETP was kind of fun to use, sometimes worked OK for simply day-to-day urban Coin & Jewelry Hunting, but failed to meet my demands for an serious relic Hunting use, for several reasons. The Iron Audio was a nice new approach, but overall, the Omega 8000 was a better all purpose detector, and I got rid of both Euro-Tek Pro's. Don't miss them at all.
