Howdy all. Pretty big thunder storm

just went through here. Quite a bit of lightening and some street flooding. I'll be heading for Michigan in the morning. Don't know when I'll be able to get on here a again. Will try and find a Wi-Fi connection when I can. I'm using the Des Plains Fire Dept system right now. I'm in a McDonalds parking lot and they don't have a service at this one. Be careful out there! It is mighty hot here today...heat indices in the 115 range. Can't help but wonder if the hot, unstable air might kick up a few storms here.....

Got some badly needed rain Praise the Lord. trees down everywhere houses damaged, cars too. many with no power. i even got some tree work from it.
