Trip to Calif went off without a hitch. No goodies to report. Looks like I'll be making the trip to Michigan for the Forum Hunt. Glad I can make it this year. Today marks one week without a cigarette. Things are lookin up.
Be a while before I can get back on here unless I can get on Wi-Fi site with my Laptop some where on the road.

I find "crunchy" snacks and foods with pepper sauce or salsa seem to halp with the cravings. Works for me anyhow, I am still Cope free.
