Sure wish I could get on here more often!! Last week finally found a silver ring at a play ground and been finding a few bux in clad. L.C. and I went out to a Forest Preserve Friday. We hunted for about 3 hours and neither one got any goodies. We both got a Memorial cent and that was it. Was good to get out with him though. He is over 80 years old now and still going. Just not quite as fast. Hope all have a safe holiday weekend and good luck if you can get in some digging. God Bless.

So you and L.C. went out to a forrest preserve and didn't find a thing? Somehow that doesn't sount right to me. It would appear you found a great deal more than you may have thought you found. You gave a senior citizen an opportunity to be in God's great out-of-doors and share that with a good friend. It doesn't get any better than that. If that's all I found, I'd be a happy man. Glad the two of you could get out and enjoy it together.

Glad you got out with LC. Congrats on the silver ring too. Been sick up here.
Be careful what preserves as the Chicago area ones are all closed now.

Sounds like a good time -
Sometimes not finding stuff is frustrating, but when you have good company to share the time with, that makes a world of difference. Hopefully you can get out together again.
