Hows your shipping provider doing.

My dealer of choice shipped the Pro on Tuesday priority mail 2 states away with tracking saying Thursday delivery. Still no detector. Continued good work USPS.

I sent a long handled scoop from Washington State to Texas coast by regular USPS, 3 days!

PS .. And the shipping was free.

I sold a rather expensive detector a couple of weeks ago and shipped it by USPS. For the first time ever the buyer received it damaged. This is the first time I have ever had a package damaged. It arrived at the buyers house with the power head smashed and the lens broken. That's about as bad as it could get. Luckily I had it insured and the buyer is now trying to get the PO to reimburse him for the damages. I feel so bad for him but there is nothing I can do on my end. I shipped it in the same box I received it in when I bought it and even put some extra bubble wrap all around the various parts and wrote fragile all around the box in large letters. They asked him for proof it wasn't damaged before I shipped it and luckily I had taken a picture of it just before I packed it! The way the damage was reported to me sounds like someone probably used it to stand on to reach another package? The last time I shipped by one of the shipping companies they insisted that I let them package it and wanted to charge me an extra $35.00! So, I don't know what to do next time I need to ship something. Onus
