Humbling 2nd day.

After yesterday I thought using this machine is like going to Mrchile's Used Jewellery Shop And Emporium!
Wow, as they say "what a difference a day makes!"
Went to a different place today - an old house foundation that is now part of a park. Tons of trash, beer caps and pulltabs. This place has been detected many times over the years by many people and I saw lots of evidence of it today.
Managed one silver dime - 1962. That's it. Oh well! Tomorrow is another day and if I can swing it, I'll get out after work for a bit more practice! This machine is great!
I do have a 5" excellerator coil on the way (ebay) for these trashy areas. My next and last (for a while) purchase will be the WOT or 18" excellerator. But first I need practice and time in the field.

Learning experience is better...I have those days now too...as do most here. Coins have to be sought out, and if you don't put the coil over it or a piece of jewerly, your not digging it...keep that baby swinging and even when you have a rough day, you can go home and check out what you've already dug and get ready for the next day!!
Congrats on the silver dime and good luck!!
