Hunt # 4....

Today my Brother took my mo out for Easter. So I went to the park to hunt. in another post you will see that I injured myself but I would not let a little blood stop me from detecting.
Again I am picking better targets first and you will see why I wanted to switch to a 5" coil. I went back to the infield on the track again and detected for about 2 hours....and I am still only working the grass around the high jump platform and circle for the shot put. Still plenty of lower targets there. But, I did manage to pull out a decent amount of nice finds.
$1= (1) washing dollar coin the gold things
.50=(1) 1983 half dollar
.25=(13) quarters
.10=(17) dimes
.05=(2) nickles
.01=(25) pennies

I quit because it got overcast and I did not want to ride my bicycle in the rain. I did manage to ride there and back with out getting off the bicycle and walking. Give me a month or two and I might be close to being less huffing and puffing.

Yes!!WTG

The $1 coin is James Madison not Washington like I said previously. And the date for me is beyoud my vision to read on the edge.

Nice haul Jim :clapping:

Tip for you, find a black cloth / background to put the coins on to take pictures, they come out better.

Did a small hunt after work today, got $4.25 not including the pennies.

Dug $1.50 in dimes, and my dime finds had been very low til now :confused:

They are easy to locate with the 5" coil...
I did not make it out today due to the weather being so iffy..
