Hunt from today with pics and a short video

Went back to the place I took the video from yesterday. I was going to film again but it was just too cold. I was getting ready to leave and got a pretty good sounding signal right before I got to the car. So I got out the camera and filmed the dig. Also done pretty good on the nickels. Got 17 total. 2 V and 3 buffalo. One of the V's was probably close to the 8 inch mark. Got a few wheat pennies and some other clad too.

I'd give anything for some of that black soil.......:rant:red clay here:thumbdown:

The E-Trac is definitely a nickel magnet, I found 61 coins today and 24 of them were nickels.

Nice haul you made :thumbup:At the rate you are going you will have that site cleaned out before I get another shot at it lol .

LOL........You are funny.........So you better get down here the next time we have some better weather. This is only a small portion of what Ive gotten. I only post some of the more meager finds. Do you think I am going to post the all good stuff too.......

Great finds Bill! I always enjoy your video,s. What were the numbers running the V,s and Buff,s?

Bill.....I personally would award you with MD's Oscar for 2011, for that exceptionally well presented video and its commentary.

I wonder if you would kindly embellish that fine effort, with some back ground info?

(1) Your E-Trac's full working 'down-loadable' set-up....(for importing into the E-Trac emulator)

(2) A brief over-view of your video set-up......camera, and modus operandi....body attached...or whatever..etc.

Thank you once again for a super show, and the time and patience you so thoughtfully provided to achieve it......Matt.

To tell you the truth I dont know what the numbers were. I was using the park pattern I made and they hit in the nickel notch so I dug them.......;o)

I have the pattern loaded into my etrac and would like to know what the other settings you have programed.
