Hunt with Dad the night before his surgery put a smile on his face:angel:

Glad your dad is okay and it all ended up allright.
May the next jar lid he uncovers have silver underneath it:cheers:
What you bring to this forum is something special.

Great story !!
You'll have to take him back to where you tossed that ring and he may just find it for you

I appreciate the posts and it is good to see your dad is doing well. The healing process is important, the xlt will sure give him a little more healing incentive. Keep and eye on him, he may be out with the xlt when your not looking. He's right a bout the minelab being a heavier machine, I have the safari and the xlt. I used the safari all last year and also this year, a couple weeks ago used the xlt and the safari on the same day, the weight difference is noticable. And the xlt is more comfortable to hold onto, and swing. Like them both anyway. Thanks again for the pics and the story to go along with. Ron

Bryce, I'm glad your dad made it through the surgery and is on the mend. I wish him a speedy recovery.

Looks like your dad had fun Bryce.
I agree with Darrell...don't forget to include me when you look for that jar of silver again.:detecting:
Bring your dad to champaign when he feels better and I'll get a couple of spots lined up for us.
Later...Kennon.
