Hunted for an hour today

Only an hour because of the heat/humidity indexes. Legend with small coil to the local High School to make a pass close to the concrete outdoor Basketball Court. I could only dig down about 2~3" cause the soil is the hardness of Flint. I managed 5 Quarters (clad) 2 DimesIclad), 3 older Jefferson Nickels and a handful of pennies (mostly Zincons). I did find one piece of Bling Bling, a necklace Pendant of Sterling that is almost an ounce. Was only about 2" deep and as with most silver coming out of the ground around here, quite shiny. I called it a great day hunting; of course I call ANY day I get out as a great day.

I’m at a shut down here for normal hunting purposes. 80 degrees at 9am and currently 97 outside at 5:45pm. Can only think about shady places but thankfully the humidity is comparatively low compared to back east.
I would take a one hour hunt for that pendant and a few coins. Good job!!
(Forecast is 101 on Sunday and hopefully 85 by Tuesday).

Did a interweb dive and came up with the maker; Rockin OUT Jewelry Company in DFW area. Some really nice jewelry and I think I'll call them and have them make one just like the one I found. I plan to place a ad in the local paper, Lost and Found, and see if I can get this back to the original owner. Pendant goes for about $200, I know I'd like to get it back if I lost it. Hope it works out.
