Was hunting a area of our park that used to have homes i the 1800s. The lower part of the town was wiped out in 1913 and 1937 floods. No homes remain. I found a flat button, Some round thing about the size of a quarter with a hole in it dated 1869, and this CW button with a "I". First 'I" button. That gives me a R, C, and I buttons now. Using the F75LTD2. The CW button hit at 49-50.

That's a cool find, never seen anything like it.
A lot of people do not dig the 49-50 because they are looking for the signals in the 60+ or 30 range for nickels. If they dig more of the 49+ others might pop up some of these buttons. They are quite thick and read a lot different than the flat buttons that ring up a lot lower in the TID chart.

Great find! Does the "I" stand for infantry? Or can you or someone explain what the letters represent since I saw "R" and "C" also mentioned.
