Hunts #95 & #96

Yesterday was first hunt in a week #95. It was good to get out and swing with about a 3 hour long hunt. Today #96 it had to be a short hunt but did find a 925 ring? It has 925 MWS China?? It has inscribed on and in the ring: A journey of a 1,000 miles (outside), Begins with the first step...(inside)

Wow! I cant believe I missed a post from Zeek! A 1 Krone Norge, a chinese ring and a wheat penny! Holy poo, you are going to have to step it up a notch tomorrow...Oh snap! Theres a dollar coin in there too...OK old buddy, Nice work! :clapping: :rofl:

I seen it earlier and was impressed. Wish I had the time some of you do. But, summers down here in the deep South are hot and very humid and having to make a living out in that really takes it out of me as I get older.
Anyways I wanted to post a reply to that nice haul but being the new guy here and all, Im just a bit bashfull, sorta like Elton:yikes:
Fall weather is gradually making its way down and I have some time off coming up!!

Have been kind of busy with the flood we had in the apartment. We are now all fixed up nice and comfy. It was a lot of work to get apartment back to normal.

Rob hope you get out soon. Just nothing like swinging the coil for some good meditation.

Elton my total is 4199 coins for $262.42 almost 63% of my finds are pennies....

Mud my hunts have been kind of short and close to home when I can take some time off. Now the house is all fixed up so I started back really hunting again today. Had a great hunt today.

Jim I do dig some tabs, not many. When you are talking depths of less than 3" the F70 is pretty good at ID'ing. If something is strange I will investigate but if not I just move on for the good coin numbers and sounds.

John I hope you use your time off for as many hunts as you can get in. When I am not out hunting my wife is looking for things for me to do and that doesn't make either of us happy. So she will tell me to go out hunting and get out of here....:argue:

Thanks Bart it is kind of a neat ring. Probably from the 70's when all the wisdom stuff from the far east was around and many meditating and looking at other kinds of religions???
