I am curious, will a multi-frequency coil work with the current Deus?

So it sounds like I should save up for this new coil we may see in late summer. My thoughts now are maybe I should get a new Deus with the 9" because I would bet this new coil will be in the 11" or 12" range. This way I would have the 9" for heavy trash sites?

I think it will be a smaller coil and I think deus is a great company for offering us upgrades that make a difference instead of coming out with a new detector every seven year or longer like some of the US companies do and then don't really offer a new flagship detector but just a few changes to the old unit

Hmm.. currently all of the Deus coils are multi-frequency, in that they work with the 4 frequencies available... just not simutaneously and this is not changing
According to Andy Sabish there is the new coil and the Ver. 4 upgrade coming out real soon, testing is ongoing and 4 will not be released till it's finalized...
As far as the specifics they haven't said what the new version has incorporated.
