gets closer, I will have three weeks off, man do I need that time, it's been a while since I have had time off
Well I went to the Cheese Factory today here in Wisconsin, had a lot of running around to do but my first stop was at the Cheese factory.
I'm gonna bring some Wisconsin cheese with me when I go to the Don's next weekend to Michigan, you won't find any better cheese than Wisconsin cheese
Here's a picture of the cheese, the Wisconsin Swiss is a brick 16x4x4 inches, yummy!
The Wisconsin Sharp Cheddar is 4 years old, you won't find that in your local market, that brick is 12x4x4, hope your ready Sr
And that little tiny brick is limburger cheese, the only remaining maker of the pungent limburger cheese in this country is Chalet Cheese Cooperative in Monroe Wisconsin, the cheese factory just down the street from me. Limburger cheese is a favorite with the hard core cheese eater's, the old timers just love it.
When Lester was in WW2 fighting the Germans Lilian would send him limburger cheese from the same cheese factory, Lester told me he would open that limburger package up and man, talk about clearing out a fox hole, he would slap his knee and laugh and say Ray, them other fellas couldn't handle the smell, hahaha, it's very pungent and not for the weak
I'm thinking Don Sr might like it, if not we'll use it for fish bait
