DIdn't see the email yet. But doing better...a struggle to do things when Sherry's leg is in worse shape than mine I hate for her to be on it being a servant to me, I do as much as I can and get yelled at so to speak for not letting her do it all....guess she loves me :lol:\

Sherry was talking about heading down to Pullman, MI down your way sometime between now and Saturday. She gets bulk foods at a place in Pullman but due to their religion they close on Saturdays. Not sure how that will all shake out - my niece has a home coming for her church school and Sherry was talking about being in Lansing on Fri. and has Sat set for her group of ladies in Lansing to meet on Saturday. Not sure how this is going to work as I have to get my INR checked to see the blood thinners are at the right level.....scheduled for a daily check. Add to that we have an opportunity to get a God given deal on an electronic keyboard and a lot of items to go with it for $200...we have to go north to get that. Amazing too is I have to keep my knee above heart level for 3 days. Not sure how that is all going to work out but know God won't let us down.

Pete...I've had you guys in my prayers since Sherry's fall with Leelan. Praying you heal quickly from your surgery. Are Sherry and Leelan doing OK??

Leelan seems to be doing well. Sherry still beats herself up over it and keep telling her it was an accident. Her right leg is messed up at the knee...think she needed this surgery more than me but without insurance not much can be done...work comp is paying for mine.

Feeling much less pain than before the surgery when I walk so must have done some good. Blood clots are our major concern at this point. Praying none develop and break loose to hit my lungs like they did in 2006 when I almost died.

We all appreciate the prayers. Satan certainly targeted us the other day....even Casey's guest who came over that night had stomach problems. I don't think all this was 'coincidence'.

I just got a 2nd CarePages update for 11 hours ago...wonder what's up with that? Oh well. Keeping you all in our prayers and thoughts here.

Maybe if you lie on your back in the van seat with your leg seat belted in toward the roof??? :lmfao:
 
Actually Mike, I did that or similar before when I had the funeral for my Dad. I had gotten out of the hospital a short period before he passed away and was told I could not travel at all as I had to have my leg elevated. We took out one section of seats in the van out so I could lie down on the floor with the leg on the back seat.

Best part of this van is the seat fold forward for carrying stuff like plywood...they also fold the opposite way so the backs of the seats fold down so the padded back lines up with the padded seat...making the 2 bench seats become a padded bed. Another one of the cool things God gave us when we got this van. He knew ahead of time what we needed.

We can go anyhere now :) and have a bed to sleep in. God is Good all the time.
 
Well, Pete you and Sherry have passed a great test by enduring your trials and problems and not turning back to serve satan by cursing and complaining angrily against God like he wants you to do! Now, God is showing how blessed you are by providing for everyone ahead of time of your needs! Keep praising God and thanking Jesus for your's, sherry's and Leelan's healings! Show Him your faith before you actually see the goodness He is doing for all of you! Give your home (trailer) God's blessings by chasing out any evil spirits that may have entered someway by going through each area cleansing, purifying and sanctifying in Jesus' precious name! Tell the any spirits that don't belong there to get thee hence and allow God's Holy Spirit to do His work in each of you and your home! I pray Casey and each of you get well and stay well in our Lord Jesus Christ's mercy, grace and healing virtue! May God Continally Bless! Amen! :angel: Betty
