I am starting to like the E-Trac

I went out today with the idea of helping a newer guy who has a E2. He suggested an area north of the Cleveland Airport where all of the houses have been torn down, at government expense, due to airplane noise. I had hunted the very large area several years ago and didn't get any silver. All of the houses were built in the 30's and 40's. I figured I would give it a try. The streets are still in and there is junk and concrete pieces all over the place. Most of the big trees are there and the city cuts it with a brush hog. Where there is fill, they used the guy who guaranteed at least 20 aluminum cans to the ton of dirt. I avoided the fill. The grass is long in places and what has been cut has stubble sticking up. I got the first and started along a sidewalk and my first signal was a Rosie. My friend arrived and I showed him and my next signal is the 1944 American Filipinos coin. I ended up with 6 silver I think, besides luck, is that I was not digging new pennies because I have so much more information on the E-Track screen than the E2 has. My friend got some Wheats. Another good day and I hope that everyone is enjoying this hobby as much as I do.
