...We ALL KNOW the 
clothes:winter coats,gloves,thermal hats;insulated boots-Which brings us to the 
clothes:SHORTS,short-sleeved Hawaiian shirts,found my DIVING MASK
and my BEACH TOWEL
I use for WA-TAH detecting(bought me TWO NEW PAIR of water shoes!!);CAUSE on the 17th;The wife and I are making our yearly trip to our vet's for Boomer's checkup,which quite conveniently is located very close to that BEACH CLUB of which Im the only one allowed to detect-We're gonna visit the owners(my wife's parents and the owners go back YEARS);and IM going to ask for permission to come there and detect/camp for about a week in May,just before Memorial Day(Im only allowed in there then,before they open;or after Labor Day,after they close for the season)....This year makes the 3rd year since Ive been there.I thought Id go there in May for a GOOD reason-at this beach club,there is the 1st(oldest) beach thats not used now;overgrown by cat-tails,etc-Last time I was gonna get in the wet there in Spetember 3 years ago;I took my waders and threw 'em on,with every intent of wadin thru the cat-tails to get to open water about 2-3 feet deep-till I seen the BIG BLACK WATER SNAKES swimming lazily across the surface

...I suddenly lost all interest in the wet detecting,and stuck to the high and dry afterwards.....THATS WHY I want to go early this year-Perhaps the H20 will be too cool for them;but NOT FOR WADERS
...Ive found some NICE old toy cars/trucks in the dry there,the potential for what might be in the WET keeps me up at nite thinkin about it.......................
AND IM THE ONLY ONE ALLOWED IN THERE
