We are suppose to get 1 - 2 feet of snow tomorrow! I did get on-line and I ordered a US Coin collection subscription from the US mint. Just wanted to put together a nice little collection that I could leave for my daughter. I did get out last Saturday and we went out in search of a couple of old foundations and found 5! Now we are just waiting for the darn snow to melt!

Otherwise, we would have twice as much snow, dontcha know? And the mean average temp over the winter would be 20 degrees lower. So pray to the gods of globull warming in thanks....

It's supposed to get above zero all next week around here. All my maps are in, with many marked. I still have to finalize the location of some fur trade posts and try for private land permissions. I'm highly organized this year compared to last, and on schedule. First to be hit are my old one room school house locations. Actually, I'll probably be hitting school play grounds before the true thaw. Now, with all that said, it will probably blizzard and dump three feet next week.

Hey, you are north of the line....so okay....zero is good. I have a one room schoolhouse location that hasnt been hit by anyone and is plowed every other year. So could be interesting. I havent hit it yet....this spring...first time. But going to have to plat it out cause the exact location isnt known anymore, just approximate. My neighbor owns the property and all he can tell me is about where it was at.

And we were supposed to get maybe an inch of snow tomight. Now its looking like it could be ....well....alot more than an inch. 6 inches...maybe 10... The storm center drifting further north than expected...which means we get upflow from the backend of it dumping oh so much more snow...Oh well....looks like I get to delay doing any hunting this week. And I get to get friendly with a bottle JD.

And likely, my friend, for you to get that 3 feet worth.
