I finally got out

today. Went to an old boy scout camp I have hunted before. You have to walk through some woods to get there and I have never found anything on that walk but figured there had to be some stuff out there. Today proved my thoughts were right. Got a hit and pulled out a 1917P Wheatie and a 1912D Barber dime. If the rain moves out supposed to go tomorrow with a friend who has permission to hunt two early 1900's estates. Should be some good hunting. Going to the detector shop Saturday morning for a BS session and then back to Michigan. Hope Mike's shoulder gets better so we can do some more hunting together.
