I got a question .... based on what I've been reading on this forum for the past few days .....

... How come when my Cajun buddy Elson visits Alabama he gets taken out to eat some dryed up old hamburger and when Charlie and the lovely Beverly visit, they get to eat great steaks and Ray gets to eat big chunks of "cheese cut" butter ... and a great steak? What's the reason for that? Curious minds want to know.
