Going to hunt a spot that's by a river next to a town. Was told there is old Watkins bottles and other old bottles at a spot there. Was wondering if I can expect to find old coins around the bottle area too. Has anyone cashed out on some coins near old bottles like that?
 
Only once. I found a single Mercury dime.
 
id say not right in the actual dumping site itself but along its edges and access lines. (any original ground areas)...people dropped coins when they took their trash out. the dump itself wouldnt be as productive i wouldnt think.
