I hate Vista

And I though the toys I work with were expensive. I just finished inventoring a passel of new Cisco routers that we will be installing later this year. We have spent right around 3M and are not done yet!!! They really should not let me in on these orders when we make them, I tend to be an obssessive compulsive router gadget buyer!!!
I doin my best to STIMULATE the economy..........

Vlans too and spanning tree...I could go on.... I have to upgrade a network, worldwide at the end of this year. And have to send 14 teams of two people to remote sites world wide.

The CCNA is a good cert to begin with. But enourage him to get a job at a help desk if he can so he can get the experience to go with the certification. If he wants to get picked up quickly, tell him to focus on network security as well. Information Assurance is really needed in many places now.

I wish him well!

I have been running Vista for more then a year and I have to say, its the best OS I have ever had!. You have to have the hardware though, My computer has a 1 TB enterprise hard drive 10,000 RPM 4 Gig memory and a good and fast duel processor. it runs smooth and fast like a Ferrari!. All my programs work seamlessly. Before this computer I ran Windows 98
