I Have Questions - What is the best Ultra, Ultra, Ultra Light Short Hiking Boot Edition

So... I have snooped online a bit and no luck so far finding a short (6") ultra-light hiking boot.
The idea is I don't want insulated or heavy sole or sole lugs etc. to sweat my buns off in the summer months.

What are you guys and gals using in the summertime?
