Had a fun day in the heat with a friend anyways...Neither one of us found much to tell Momma about.
The Estes rocket top was something different (surface find)...Have no idea what a boat plug is doing in a school yard?...The other object I think is the handle to a butterfly razor system??? Correct me if I am wrong.
I also found a like new Nike NDX turbo golf ball

Interesting finds. At my local park, I usually manage a golf ball or two per outing. Munincipal golf course is across the hwy. Found a brand new Spaulding baseball last time out. Gave it to some guys playing a game in the baseball field next to the one I was detecting. They were happy

That's usually one of the best things about school hunts IMO . . . all the strange and unexpected finds. Kids . . .you just never know.

How old of a area was you hunting in. Way back the same tape plugs were used in wash tubs for wringer washer machines,
