Been fighting a losing battle with our van. We have replaced the muffler, then the rear brakes, then front brakes, then a broken part that spilled anti-freeze all over the ground as fast as I could pour it in and now have it fixed and heat again in the van...now...the power steering unit was spilling fluid on the ground..put in an additive to stop the leak..guess its too late as we are back to 'arm strong steering' and the pump is noisy..with those serpentine belts (which we also had to replace not long ago) I hope the pump doesn't freeze up and take the belt with it...leaving us stranded.

So we need God to resolve this problem.

Amazing how the devil works. Seems the guy who threatened to kill me, had beaten up my wife when they were married, who used the churches to get money for things he said he needed and didn't - using it on toys, well...he still hates God and with his Dad soon to pass away, his Dad gave each ot the kids like $100,000 dollars...including him. He is getting Casey a newer car which is nice...seeing as he had spent the $10,000 her grandmother had put in a trust fund for her college...

One could say that is not fair...I just say the Bible said that it would appear the unjust are rewarded while believers suffer. I won't curse God and won't sell my soul to the devil for less than God can give me - and already has. Just want to bring this to his attention that I have need...which He already knew long before I did and ask for you to add your thanks to God for meeting our needs. Thank you and thank God. Thank you Jesus and Thank you Holy Spirit.
 
I alreay prayed and know that He will supply your needs.

Praying for a quick, inexpensive repair and good health for all of you. I know about those van problems, just had to have my front brakes replaced on mine.
 
Hey Pete, You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. Please keep us posted as to the outcome of your situation.
 
I put in to take tonight off so we could go to an annual CHRISTmas dinner with the company she works for in the summer. This is the only time of the year she gets to see the guys all together and now I have the night off and van is still incapable of making it the hour and a half drive down and an hour and a half back up here.Oh well, God knows...maybe He is keeping us home for a reason...only He knows for sure.
 
Hi Pete and Sherry....We all go through trials but it seems you both have gone through a lot more these past years! I had another one myself and not happy with our medical system, ins and pharmacy! Here is my prayer for your Van and for Sherry's healing!
Dear Father in Heaven, please hear our prayers for Pete and Sherry and help them to get the Van repaired and going quickly and if possible (all things are possible with You, God) please help them to get to Sherry's company's Christmas party and back home safely with complete healing for Sherry's back and good health for Pete to be able to continue his job of taking care of the invalids and those in need with his job secure! Amen! Praise God and Thank You, Jesus, for answering prayer for Pete and Sherry and each of us on the CMD Forum who are really needing Your loving care more than ever! Amen! May God Bless each of us and meet our needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus! Amen! :angel: Ma Betty
 
We didn't make the party...just sat at home. Sherry did get a phone call from the boss, his wife, her brother-in-law and sister and from the other 'bug killers'. She was missed and I know Sherry missed them. (This is my 2nd year in a row that I could not be there and her first).

All those who work for the pest control company are Christians and the boss said because she could not be there they will have a dinner in the Spring so she can be there for good food and great Brothers and Sisters in Christ.
That made Sherry happy. I was not expecting God to arrange that. Thanks Father, Jesus and Holy Spirit.
