I need a chest mounted for my Excal

Guys and gals, some time ago one of the members had designed and was selling a chest mounted harness for the Excalibur. I would like to know who it was, how to contact him and any other suggestions you might have. I know John M had bought one and seemed to be impressed, any comments one way or another would be appreciated.
