I need a little Help

We got a Dell p c, key board, and monitor awhile back. I was going use my speaker set from my old Hp that I used on two other pc's. They will not work on this Dell. We have tried two more sets of speakers that I know to be good and but will not work on this on this Dell. All head phones will work. Right now I am using killer bee off my DFX. What Up?
