I am new to this forum but not new to detecting. I had a White's coin master 4900 and then a IDX PRO but the X70 is far above the two machines. For it's price you can't find a better machine. In two months it has already paid for itself and I think most will agree with me. I found a fragment of an ancient coin 7" below and it is half the size of a thumb tack.

You've got to realize, Metal Detectors are kinda like guns. You can never have too many. Work your charm on her a little more and I'll bet she'll see things your way
