I ordered my SE today!

Once you get used to it you'll love it...it's a great detector...I'm only about three weeks into mine & couldn't be more pleased. If you can get an explorer user near you to help out it would be a lot faster learning...Of course with the help of everybody here on the forum it's pretty easy....You're gonna love it Bass-Man...HH...TT

Hi Don, if you spend the time to learn the SE you will love it. There is a guy i know that lives outside of Pittsburgh and goes by the name of Jim/Pa on this forum and others, the problem is his computer is down. He is a super nice guy and I know would really like to get together with you, he uses a EXII. He should be back on-line soon, so keep an eye out for him.

That's what I think. It just seems so versatile. I like the idea that you can fine tune thing more deeply than most other detectors.

Tons of help available here, you can also browse through previous posts for answers to any questions...
I would also recommend that you visit the Minelab.com site and maybe download and have a read of the operating manual ~ you'll be off to a flying start then!
