I went detecting yesterday,swung with my R-arm,L-arm held the scoop,and dug with my L-arm,the SAME one I had shoulder surgery on a little more than 3 weeks ago-I REALLY did too much with my L-arm too soon;my shoulder is all swelled up again;and Im in a weebit o' pain in there-NOW I SEE WHY they told me this is traditionally the surgery thast has the longest recuperation time.Ive got a Dr.appt next Tuesday-HOPEFULLY he will lift my restrictions on M/C riding,but I got a feeling he wont....
