Will use audio one, somthing new to me, and try your settings. I have stuck with the XS because of the night light, audio and ferous non ferous disc, but sadly no deep silver yet. Got a few deep wheats though. I have a 4.5x7 Eccellerator due in tomarrow for it. I think it's gonna be a whole lot of fun, and will give my Sunray 8" a run for the money but will have better seperation in trash. Have one for the MXT and itcompares to be the same for as the Eclipse 4x7 Shooter, both great little coils so I am keeping them.

....is that the only way you could have a Minelab vs. x-brand "battle" is to have ONE unbiased guy familiar with BOTH machines in a controlled environment. Otherwise, it's just luck or inexperience!

And sure dealers aren't going to say anything bad about any brand they are selling. That's a no brainer. In fact, I wonder how many of these guys are actually dealers who only sell white's.

I guess when we just ignore these posts - they'll lose the fun of it and go away.

Tim you are a smart man. I have used every kind of detector around and own one of most brands. If you go over it 99% of the detectors will find it you just have to be fimilar enough with your detector to know if you should dig or not. The guys that clean a place out are the ones with Bounty hunters that dig every thing.
