He said that his mouse was broken. As he had moved the mouse from one side of the pad to the other while the cursor did not move at all. I had him turn the mouse over, He found that the Mouse was poorly designed and allowed all of the dust and debris to enter it. He called back later to tell me he corrected this poor design, Elson applied scotch tape over the entire underside of the mouse! He said he would probably would never have a dirty mouse problem again; BUT he wanted to Know Why his Mouse had quit again---That is the way a Cajun Thinks ! !
