well i wasn't getting anywhere and people that have'em lik'em so i said well just spend it i guess, hopefully this will be the new gold /jewelry finder

Thats the spirit go for it whats one more detector.!

Yeah-in my area I've use the big boys-like the CZ-5- and most targets were only 4-5" deep. Just perfect for the Golden. I'm getting ready to pull the plug myself. Looking at the used old-tone in the classifieds. Hope I can be fast enough to get it. I have the Royal, but want to go down on the discriminate and the Royal won't go down low enough to just break up on iron. And besides that, I like the umax design.

ENJOY!
BB

There are several reasons that I can think of why you will enjoy the Golden....and if your like enjoyment, then it could become your "serious" detector:) Sure, it wont get the depth of the Minelab, but in parks and such, unless your ground is absolutely shocking, you could do very well. HH

oh i think i will after watching 53'silers demo vids i'm very impressed, 4 years ago i had the older toned one and loved it then but the speaker crapped out on me and it was before i was starting to wear head phones and then sold it but tomorrow i should recieve it and looking forward to hit a old park in my town that has alot of summer concerts and big crowds and that equals more lost stuff
