...I told them how UN-SATISFIED I was,with this lap-top of mine.Good thing I got all this documented with them,I guess......I told them I just had the hard drive replaced for the SECOND TIME,under warranty,by HP,and thats all fine and dandy,but:BECAUSE I am NOT computer-savvy enough to work on it myself,I had to take it in to a shop,that charged me $125.00 the first time,and $112.00 the SECOND TIME,just to Get it working.AND:OH,by the way:THERE WILL NOT BE A THIRD TIME PAYING FOR WHATEVER HAS TO BE DONE, JUST TO GET ONLINE,becauseif it crashes; I WILL just send it back to HP,and go to ACER,DELL,or whatever the name of the computer is,and avoid HP"......In my opinion,this is just a bit too much,having to deal with all this,especially since this computer was purchased 12/26/11.AT LEAST,their customer service was top-notch,but the computer Dr.told me,I had better get my complaints to them,before the warranty runs out,they may be just playing the "stringing me along"game,until then.ANYWAY:I didn't resort to threats,or name calling-just explained to them,how unhappy I was with their product,and this kind of thing shouldn't happen.SO:As they say,"the ball's in their court".........Steve..........
