I sent my Wireless headphone in for a upgrade :thumbup:

I got a used pair of wireless hp and I love them I sent them in to get new ear pads and a upgrade done I mail them Monday the19 and they got them on Wed 21 there called me today Thur the 22 to make shore the return address was right and said they were done and was shipping them back to me on Fri the 23 Now that is what I call OUTSTANDING SERVICE Whites is number one.

Depends, if you bought them new they should be upgraded, if they came with a V3i they are upgraded. If they work with stereo mixed mode they are upgraded.

One more, look at the version number above the wireless headphone battery indicator (in the audio wireless menu screen). If it's version 1.3, you're good to go. (They have to be on and connected for the detector to read the version number).

Rob I got them used and when I talk to Whites I told them that they were not working in stereo mixed mode and that they would turn out . They told me that they needed a upgrade .

As Anne posted if they were upgraded they would show version 1.3 on the first screen of the expert menu when the phones connect to the detector. ROB

Got my wireless HP back today sent in and return in 7 days. That is outstanding service way to go Whites. The new pads are outstanding and got upgrade to version 1.3.
