I shined up the 2 cent piece

It took about 10 min's in the lime a way and another 10 min's with the metal polish.

So what do you guys think?

it's turned out a lil more pitted then I thought it would be but I'm glad I did it.
 
Not too bad Mark. You didn't sacrifice tooo much detail.
 
It's been my experience that cleaning a coin exposes it's pitted surface. In your case, I think that it looks better than before. Either way, I'd love to find a 2 cent'er.....
