I think I might be getting the E-Trac !

There is gold out here. Haven't try to find any yet, Should it's worth more than silver. Have gold bug & 705 which 1 would you use?
 
Which one of the Gold Bugs do you have? The reason I ask is because the Fisher Gold Bug 2 operated at over 70 kHz, if I recall. If you still have that model, it should be good at that freq. If it is the newer First Texas Gold Bug SE or Pro, operating at 19 kHz, I'd be interested to hear how it stacks up agains the 705 with one of the 18.75 kHz coils.

I did see a post made by a guy that posts here, who has both, and he believes the X-TERRA goes deeper but doesn't separate as well?
