I took the plunge.. ordered an f75

Nailed-it

New member
Well I did it, done with the hee-hawing around. Should be here on friday. I hope I get a good one . I got a great deal from Bart at big boys hobbies. Can't wait to try it out.

CongratZ!
I have found more than I ever thought possible with my Fishers, an F2 and an F70, at sites that are considered much more than challenging with trash and iron among other things.
Had my jaw dropped many, many times using them, too. :surprised:
Never used an F75 but I heard rumors that it is a pretty capable machine.
The more you learn it the more you will enjoy it.
Have fun!

The nice part is you can either set it so you make all the decisions, or set it so you only hear the sweet targets.

There are days I just get tired of digging and want to only bend over for coins . . . and not the zinc cents, even. She'll do that.

But then I feel guilty and go back at some future visit and hit more. Could be silver hiding under that trash!!

I've been playing with the 1n tone (still frozen hard and snowed under hereabouts) and that is an interesting way to not hear iron. I'm eager to try that one at a couple sites just loaded with old farm equipment and nails.

Just keep it simple at first , it will take a little time to understand the the new language. My two brothers (wv62&markcz5)have both down graded to less machines so they get use to one language. Each detector has it's own characteristics and traits .

Well that makes 2 of us, I just ordered a new F75 LTD2 from Bart today also!

Congrats to you to choppadude! Thanks guys I am really looking forward to learning this machine. I mostly use an etrac, in 2 tone ferrous, but also use a cz and I love the deep target modulation when volume is at 4 or below. I'm hoping this has a similar feature.
