I stopped off on the way home, picked up a pound of ground buffalo meat, chopped and whittled some birch wood from our tree, mixed up a batch, smoked it x 2 pan fulls of birch-wood, and plan to put it in my dehydrator after 5 hours. The mix was pepper, soy sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder and some ginger. This is a typical mix.......and I hope it turns out yummy!
