Too much snow for detecting, and another blizzard to to contend with overnite. what's a fellow to do? Well, I fired up the smoker with some birch scrapings from our own tree, and used some mandarin/teriyaki jerk mix + some Mountain Man Bourbon Rub. Came out a little milder then I had hoped for......might have to try another batch and add some fire spice to it.
