I was at Hastings renting a video and while there I checked out out the magazine rack. They had three treasure hunting magazines: Lost Treasures, Western & Eastern Treasure, and the ICMJ Prospecting and Mining Journal. I was pretty happy to find them available. So I spent a little time there checking them out, trying to figure out which one I wanted to purchase.

I couldn't help but notice that Lost Treasures and WE&T were missing the best part I like to read them for; field tests.

I like to read field tests. I especially like to read the long winded field tests where the tester likes the detector. I haven't seen those in a while. So....in case there are some others out there like me, I'm going to be posting some long winded reports about two new detectors, the F11 and the F44. They will include all the information someone might want to know but they may come across a bit gushy in places because I happen to like the units.

I'll post them in parts because it takes me time to find the time to write them up.

I guess you can consider this post my disclaimer. I hope some of you will enjoy them.

Man, you said a mouthful right there....................you could get a magazine at something I think they use to call a book store.
